Five years ago today, we were in Kathmandu, Nepal

Five years ago today, we were in Kathmandu, Nepal visiting our friends at @localwomenshandicrafts . During that visit, Dana of @urbanutopiaphotography presented them with the funds she raised by selling her art to help build their facility. This last October, when we were able to visit again, we saw the windows they were able to put in to expand their workspace as well as the emergency housing they built to help shelter those fleeing for a better life.

Women helping women. That's what we're all about. We're proud to know and support and exist with all the women at Local Women's Handicrafts and Urban Utopia.
